Switched from TruGreen this season as I was sick of listening to a recording for 40 minutes every time I called to trying to get a live person on the phone. Ground Guys are much more responsive and easy to connect with. Happy with the quality of service (price point is also a bit cheaper than what I was paying Tru Green as well). Will definitely be re-upping with Ground Guys next season.
