Chris and Juanita began their journey with The Grounds Guys in January of 2012. Their experience makes them a dynamic Grounds Guys team, since Chris has over 12 years of experience in nursery work, construction, and facilities management, while Juanita grew up growing plants at her family’s wholesale nursery in Abbotsford. Juanita loves that her schedule still allows her to work in the nursery and help out with the family business! Chris and Juanita love to give back and are very involved in their local community and Abbotsford schools. When not busy making Abbotsford beautiful with The Grounds Guys, they enjoy an active lifestyle with their five children.

When Chris and Juanita began looking for a company they could call their own, they stumbled upon The Grounds Guys. Initially, they were attracted to The Grounds Guys’ system and marketing but found that the culture of care promoted by the company was what eventually persuaded them to become franchisees. Four years later, Chris and Juanita continue to promote a culture of C.A.R.E. and have created a loyal client base in Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and Mission. With over 60 regular clients, both commercial and residential, Chris and Juanita are seeing success because they are committed to exceeding customer expectations in all aspects of The Grounds Guys’ services. They are not a part of The Grounds Guys just to grow the business, but also to grow as individuals, as a team, and as a community!
